Nhằm cụ thể hóa Tầm nhìn, Sứ mệnh và Giá trị cốt lõi trong giai đoạn phát triển mới, Nhà trường chính thức ban hành Chuẩn đầu ra học sinh (School-wide Learning Outcomes – WISER). Đây là bộ tiêu chuẩn toàn diện định hướng cho quá trình dạy và học, khẳng định rõ mục tiêu đào tạo những công dân toàn cầu có tri thức, phẩm chất và năng lực hội nhập quốc tế.
Chuẩn đầu ra học sinh được xây dựng dựa trên quá trình tham vấn với nhiều bên liên quan, bao gồm Ban Lãnh đạo, giáo viên, phụ huynh và học sinh, nhằm đảm bảo tính kế thừa, phù hợp với bối cảnh thực tiễn và định hướng dài hạn của Nhà trường. Bộ chuẩn này đóng vai trò kim chỉ nam trong tổ chức hoạt động giáo dục, quản lý và phát triển văn hóa học đường, đồng thời góp phần kiến tạo môi trường học tập tích cực – nơi mỗi học sinh được khơi mở tiềm năng, rèn luyện kỹ năng và sẵn sàng hội nhập, đóng góp cho xã hội tương lai.
To further concretize the School’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values in this new stage of development, the School officially introduces the School-wide Learning Outcomes (WISER). This comprehensive framework guides the teaching and learning process, clearly affirming the goal of nurturing global citizens equipped with knowledge, character, and the competencies required for international integration.
The Learning Outcomes were developed through extensive consultation with key stakeholders, including the School Board, teachers, parents, and students, to ensure continuity, relevance to real-life contexts, and alignment with the School’s long-term direction. Serving as a compass for educational activities, school management, and cultural development, this framework also contributes to fostering a positive learning environment – where every student is empowered to unlock their potential, strengthen essential skills, and be ready to integrate and contribute to the society of the future.
