Đào tạo là chính sách đầu tư vào con người nhằm phát triển nguồn nhân lực, một trong những chính sách nhân sự quan trọng, giúp nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, đảm bảo đáp ứng cho sự phát triển của Công ty. Đây là một trong những chính sách ưu đãi của Công ty đối với Cán bộ - Giáo viên – Nhân viên (CBGVNV), đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển của chính bản thân CBGVNV

Việc Ban hành Quy định và quy trình về Đào tạo nhằm thống nhất toàn diện các hoạt động đào tạo của toàn công ty, từ việc xác định nhu cầu đào tạo, đến lập kế hoạch, triển khai, đánh giá và lưu trữ kết quả đào tạo.

Mục tiêu

Về dài hạn, chính sách đào tạo được xây dựng nhằm hướng tới các mục tiêu sau:
• Xây dựng Wellspring Saigon trở thành trung tâm đào tạo và phát triển liên tục cho CBGVNV;

• Phát triển đội ngũ GV – CBNV có năng lực cao
• Phát triển đội ngũ, tiên phong trong đổi mới sáng tạo.
• Xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, hiệu quả, cung cấp nền tảng đào tạo chất lượng, tiên phong.

This is one of the company's preferred policies for Teachers and Staff, meeting the development needs of Teachers and Staff themselves.

The issuance of Training Policy and Procedure aims to standardize all company-wide training activities, from identifying training needs to planning, implementation, evaluation, and storage of training results.

Targets

In the long term, the training policy is designed to achieve the following objectives:
• Transform Wellspring Saigon into a hub for continuous training and development center for all Teachers and Staff.

• Develop highly competent teachers and staff.
• Cultivate a pioneering team in innovation and creativity.
• Create a professional and efficient working environment, providing a pioneering and quality training platform.
