 Together We Learn & Grow! 

With the motto "every WISer is a lifelong learner", Happy Learning Hub is an open playground for WISers to update knowledge, practice skills, and share experiences related to each person's professional work; as well as the areas of knowledge that we are interested in, want to explore, discover, and develop both in breadth and depth. 

This is also a place to nurture the spirit and cultivate a culture of learning, creativity, and innovation; for all of us to develop and succeed together in a Happy WISers Community. 

Be a Happy Learner  

With weekly updated courses, the Happy Learning Center will provide WISers with flexible learning opportunities, from choosing relevant knowledge topics for reference and research; to observing practical skills and techniques on specific and highly practical examples, in order to apply them immediately in their daily work.
In addition, WISers can customize their learning schedule according to their suitable time frame, and decide on their own learning plans and progress. 

The content of the courses will be designed around the following themes: 

Relevant Learning Contents 

Specialized knowledge and skills according to the functional features of the Department/Division. 

Facilitate Competency Development

Interpersonal skills based on the standard competency framework of the School.  

Support L&D Events & Activties

Supporting knowledge and skills for WISers participating in internal activities/competitions initiated and organized by the Human Resources - L&D Department.

Be a Course Creator

Sharing is also a way of self-learning, reflection, and self-practice. It also helps others to update their knowledge and learn from experiences. This is also the most meaningful way to spread the spirit of research, learning, creativity, and innovation within the school community. Every WISer is encouraged to share their knowledge, skills, and experiences in the following forms: 

Being an Author

Publish content related to specialized knowledge and skills according to the functional requirements of individuals and relative department, as well as content related to interpersonal skills according to the standard competency framework of the school – obtained through self-research and learning from various educational sources. (using the standardized content structure design)

Being an Inspirer

Register the topic of the content you want to share or communicate and become an Instructor or Spokesperson invited to be recorded in the studio or an Interviewee in the podcast, in collaboration with the Content Production Team of Happy Learning Hub. 

Being a Facilitator

Share the good professional works or products, study or research projects, as well as valuable experiences and insights with other members in the community (in the form of articles, presentation materials, self-produced videos, participating in workshops, talkshows or panel discussions in the "Learning Events" section).
